Leopolis Project - electronic index of the art of Ukraine.

This project, based at the Ukrainian Catholic University in L'viv, Ukraine, has as its goal the development of a digital archive for research and education that comprises information on the most important works of art created on the territory of Ukraine from the Neolithic Age (Trypillian culture, ca. 3500-2700 BC) through the present day. This electronic archive will contain descriptions and images of thousands of highly valuable art and architectural objects, as well as extensive collateral data related to Ukraine’s culture, history, and people.
