Artist Statement:

For me an abstract painting is like a mirror because it reflects your life and what you see. My paintings are philosophical in manner yet structured in form.  The colors and playful subjects attract and disarm the viewer allowing them to participate like a child in an adventurous wonderland of imagination and discovery.  The works contain a hypnotic vocabulary full of symbols and colors.  They are intentionally designed to unwind the viewer like a spring from the stresses of the world surrounding them.  One becomes amazingly focused and uninterrupted in thought  whilst discovering the patterns …leading them to a state of calm and peace.
